Melody had arranged everything for us when we came from Texas to buy a house we'd seen only online. She was immediately a calm and competent presence. We'd already had our offer accepted and she'd done all the paperwork. She spent two hours with us looking at the house. As we were ready to go, she suggested checking out another house for sale because it was just around the corner. And - you guessed it - we walked into the other house, looked at each other, and said, "This is it.' Melody was easy to work with and responsive to our every request. Melody Travers deserves way more than 5 stars! She went above and beyond our expectations in everything she did…. my husband and I left our Florida home in a hurry, due to Covid-19 on March 18, 2020. We packed one suitcase, thinking we would be back in a couple of weeks and drove back to Canada. Unfortunately, since our return, my husband has been very sick and is not able to travel. Consequently, we reluctantly decided to sell our Florida vacation home. Melody had shown us the house 9 years prior and I knew she was very patient, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional, so I contacted her. Thank goodness she was up for a challenge. Dealing with sellers who are 1,000 miles away didn’t phase Melody. She worked tirelessly to get the house ready to list. After being unoccupied for over a year that was no easy task. She listed in early June and it sold in a couple of days. After hours of phone calls, text messaging, FaceTiming and scanning back and forth, contracts were signed, inspection, etc., completed and Personal items either sold or packed for shipment to Canada (all supervised by, and under the watchful eye of Melody). The sale closed seamlessly in August. Melody is one of kind! We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who really cares about their client’s satisfaction. We know she will exceed their expectations, however high they are.

Melody went above and beyond to help sell my home.
